As a visiting lecturer in Management Institutions, I have observed that there is a need for training in the art of using various methods in Scientific Data Analysis.

This experience was re-enforced during my work in the field of ISO 9000 Q. M. S. and Marketing Consultancy.

My intention is not to teach theory but it is limited to the extent of creating and fostering an awareness about these aspects among the research students, and for beginners in the professional fields.

I have prepared my notes with the help of mainly three books along with other literature.
